The mission of the Professional Development is to promote right-of way professionalism, establish goals and standards for the membership, and encourage and assist members in pursuing an SR/WA designation or a specialty designation. Such a designation indicates the course work has been satisfactorily completed and a certain level of educational excellence has been achieved.
