Pipeline monitors matters relating to acquisition, construction or operation of pipelines for both public and private use. It examines and monitors legislation, changes in legislation, practices pertaining to acquiring or disposing of rights of way for pipeline use. It also keeps the membership informed on any legal proceedings which may impact the operation of pipelines in the future.
